Problem:
The glare was so bad card board hoods were made to cover the computers so the students could see them. Not to mention, the computer center became extremely hot.

Solution:
The glass atrium provided plenty of natural light, but when the sun was overhead the glare on the computers made it impossible to see the screens. Ideas were tossed around and covering the huge glass atrium was considered. That is when I met with the school and explained that an R-20 film would give them an 80% glare reduction and 79% solar energy rejection. Problem solved! Now all I had to do was get up 38 feet to do the installation. Good thing heights don't bother me.
